Terms and Conditions

The house is available from 4pm and must be vacated by 10am on date of departure. This may be flexible depending on availability but must agreed by prior arrangement.

I understand that I am responsible for taking out my own travel insurance and that the owners will not accept liability for any loss or damage to guests' possessions under any circumstances.

I agreed to 25% of the rental cost for the booking fee.

The full rental will be paid at least 6 weeks prior ro arrival date.

I accept that my guests and I will be responsibile for replacement, loss or repair of any contents in the proprety or outside, including the pool and terraced areas, in the event of damage or loss being detected during or on completion of the stay.
