How to Book
Please complete and sign the booking form and send to the address provided along with your cheque for the holding deposit, alternatively PayPal is also accepted.

Confirmation of Reservation
A non-refundable deposit of 25% of the rental cost is required at the time of booking to confirm your reservation. An email will be sent, or letter posted, to you as soon as the funds have cleared. The balance is to be paid at least 6 weeks before date of arrival. Payments can be made by cheque, bank transfer or Paypal, please contact the owners for details.

Breakage Deposit
A deposit for £150 is to be sent with balance of the rental cost. This is to cover any breakages within or outside the property and will be refunded 14 days after departure, following successful inspection and return of all keys.

Insurance
You are required to arrange your own personal and travel insurance.

Cancellation Policy
It is highly unlikely that we will have to make any changes to your booking however if unforeseen circumstances arise with our property, we will offer you a full refund of any money paid to us (including deposit) or we may be able to offer you an alternative property/date.

In the unlikely event that you may have to cancel your holiday, it should be done in writing and signed by the person who made the booking. You may also be liable for a cancellation charge as shown below.
