    • Our guests can be provided with a welcome pack, for a small charge, upon request, which will help you to enjoy the first day of your stay

  • Key holding
    • You will be met on site by the key holder or we can arrange collection from the airport if you prefer (small additional fee to be paid locally) where you will be given the keys to the accommodation

  • Additional guests
    • Accommodates 6 comfortably, airbeds available for extra 2 people.
    • Prices quoted are for 6 people, a supplement of 10% will apply for additional guests.
    • The property may only be used by the number of guests stated on the booking form

  • Information book
    • A comprehensive guide to help you make the most of your stay including maps of the local area, list of golf courses and useful phone numbers.

    • Fresh hand/bath towels and tea towels are provided, there are a few beach towels but it is recommended that you bring these with you

  • Breakage allowance
    • We will request a deposit of £150 upon booking, which will be fully refunded within 14 days of you leaving the house following a satisfactory inspection

  • Strictly non smoking and no pets allowed
    • We request that our guests do not smoke in the property
